Very cozy home with chimney in the living room, right under the flat screen tv. Has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an additional 2 rooms on the second floor. 2nd floor The rooms on the second floor have built in beds (you will just need a mattress). The first room needs a king size mattress and the second room needs a full size matress. The 1st is big but the second room is only big enough to be a closet not so much a room. There is also additional storage on the second and built in drawers in the wall. And a tiny hall. A window in the hall will fir an air conditioner. As well as the tiny room with the full size bed but the bigger room with the king size bed has a slanted window making it difficult for an airconditioner. There is no air conditioning on the second floor just the first floor. Very nice Dinning room and living room. Have been updating it since it was purchased in 2001. Got rid of all the carpet and we have blue tile everywhere but the bedrooms. The living room has dark hardwood floor. The small bathroom in the first floor would probably need a paint job. Basement There is an additional bathroom but it is in the basement. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. There is also an additional room in the basement next to the bathroom with shower. Very roomy down there but it needs work unless u like dark and boring. There is also a side door that leads directly to the basement and a door that goes to the kitchen which has a lock. Kitchen is small in my opinion. Very well taken care of my parents take pride in it and our neighbors are nice. The house is 2 story but the two main rooms are downstairs and upstairs is an additional room and a half room I was talking about. Lawn is kind of big and we garden a lot back there, mainly vegetables. There's a 2 car garage with a little attic hood for additional storage. And an extra space for a 3rd vehicle. House has heating and air conditioning for first floor. And we have a water heater and we currently use comcast.
