Limited to 2 people due to housing/cesspool restrictions. Sorry no pets or smoking of any form on premises due to allergies and health issues of upstairs tenant. Minimum 6 month lease, month to month thereafter longer terms available after 6 months. 45 day notification (renter/owner) for termination of lease. Electricity is $100.00 monthly flat fee and can be increased based on excessive usage. Water is included in base rent.
