Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside. No parties or events are allowed. There is a $100 charge for bringing more than 6 guests. Please respect quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am. Please report any property damage or broken items to your host promptly, as damaged property may be billed to the guest. Please do not take anything that is not your property, as missing property will be billed to the guest.
