The main level also has a half bath, laundry area with washer and dryer, laminate and tile floors and a door leading to the outside patio. Upstairs includes laminate flooring and two large bedrooms with queen size beds, lots of closet and storage space, smart TV's with streaming services as well as a full private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features built-in bunk beds with individual lighting and outlets for gadgets or tablets. The townhome is located right across the street from Grand Dunes resort where a beach lifeguard is on-duty at all times during the summer and an ice cream truck stops every single day - a highlight for your family's little ones and adults every year! Owner pays for internet, water and sewer , and renter pays electricity/heating. Monthly rent is due at lease signing in full all utility bills hv to be paid off at the end of the month and if not deducted through the deposit. No smoking and pets allowed in the property. Any damage to the property inside or outside will be deducted from the security deposit. The property needs to be cleaned at the day of departure including all furniture and personal content, if not will be deducted from security deposit.
