For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Entry requires a smart lock and/or lockbox. Some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Check-in instructions will be sent via email or message. Guests must be prepared to download the required app for access.
