My husband works 6-10 days at the hospital in Loveland, and might be staying a couple of nights in the basement floor of this home. The basement floor has it's own kitchen, and bathroom, and so he would be mostly separate, but he would need to enter through the garage, and so there is a shared entrance. He works long hours, and so is not really going to be around at all. It is just a safe place for him to sleep as we live an hour away and the commute can be hard. Must have decent credit and good references.
