    What the owner loves about this home
    The house has a nice open layout, and is in a very quiet neighborhood with no thru-traffic. The neighbors are all kind and friendly. The HOA is super cheap and minimalist / non-invasive, and do an ice cream event once a year at the roundabout. The house is on a slab, so there are no creaky floors. The house itself is also on the top of a small hill, so there is next to zero flooding risk. There is a lot of storage shelving space, and the attic access in the garage is perfect for storing loose boxes. The fenced in back yard is fully enclosed, with a wire fence at the back to not obstruct the view. The forest is a private nature preserve and the owner has no development plans.
