It has wood floors, granite counter tops, in unit washer and dryer, a/c unit, large storage shed, and off street parking. If you are a plant person, you will love all the light coming into the apartment from the great southern exposure, on one of the highest streets in the Denver area. I live onsite, and keep the property safe, and everything working as it should. I don't allow any type of drama, NO PARTIES, or loud behavior. NO SMOKING of anything in the house. If you are an addict, you will not like it here. One RESPECTFUL person only.
