We do not have access to propane so we offer a cook top for all cooking, amazing toaster oven and air fryer. Maintenance and Repairs: The Tenant is responsible for keeping the Premises in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition. The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any needed repairs. The Landlord is responsible for making necessary repairs to keep the Premises in a habitable condition, except when damage is caused by the Tenant's misuse or neglect. Tenant agrees that Landlord has the right to enter the Premises at any time after providing 24 hours' notice to Tenant.
