Relax and unwind in the beautiful desert landscape. *Please note that there will be construction in adjacent condos over the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed with luxurious linens and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bathroom is modern and sleek, with a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities. Outside, you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private patio, surrounded by lush palm trees and stunning mountain views. Take a dip in the community pool (temporarily closed until October 2024) or soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs. Our condo is conveniently located just a short drive from world-class golf courses, hiking trails, shopping centers, and restaurants. Come experience the beauty and tranquility of Palm Desert in our lovely home! Other things to note The condo has been fully remodeled in 2023 to match the original charm of the building but with modern spoils. All utilities included! $100 of electrical per month is included. Anything above that will be charged back to the tenant. One time cleaning/move in fee of 250, which includes monthly cleanings and monthly linen service for the duration of your stay. $1000 deposit to secure the unit.
