The upstairs master has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and private patio. The downstairs guest room features two twin beds and access to the front porch. This bedroom shares a full hallway bathroom with the 1st floor living area. This villa is perfect for families and golfers alike! Guests have access to the Lake House facility located near the Seabrook guard gate. This brand new state of the art facility includes a large outdoor pool with shallow entry, an indoor heated lap pool, a workout facility, exercise classes, a library equipped with wifi, game room with Ping-Pong tables, a basketball court, a playground, a lake for fishing and a small cafe. Sweetgrass guests also have access to the Beach Club located on the tip of the island. This facility features an adult and kid outdoor pool overlooking the ocean and a grill patio. Seabrook Island also has an equestrian center, tennis facility, and 2 private golf courses. Fees vary based on activity.
