Tenant Qualification Criteria To maintain a safe, respectful, and well-managed community, all rental applicants must meet the following criteria: 1. Rental History -Verifiable references from current and previous landlords -No evictions within the last 5 years -No history of lease violations, repeated late rent, or property damage 4. Background Check -All applicants are subject to a criminal background check -Felony convictions involving violence, drugs, property damage, or fraud may result in disqualification -Evaluated on a case-by-case basis in compliance with Fair Housing regulations 5. Identification -Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID -Social Security Number or ITIN required for screening purposes 6. Occupancy Limits -1 Bedroom: Maximum 2 occupants -2 Bedroom: Maximum 4 occupants 7. Security Deposit -Standard deposit is equal to one (1) month's rent 8.
