-No history of lease violations, repeated late rent, or property damage
4. Background Check
-All applicants are subject to a criminal background check
-Felony convictions involving violence, drugs, property damage, or fraud may result in disqualification
-Evaluated on a case-by-case basis in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
5. Identification
-Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID
