This house is on 9 acres of mostly wooded land. It has a spring-fed creek that runs through the property and a wet weather creek that borders the property on one side. The house is about 600 feet from the road and is completely private. There is an abundance of wildlife on the property and the setting is very quiet and peaceful. $500 non-refundble pet deposit. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer hook-ups. There is an electric stove and dishwasher available and in good working order but all maintenace for those appliances are the responsibility of the renter. Renter will have to provide their own refridgerator and washer/dryer if desired. Their are two separate central AC systems in good working order, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. All three bedrooms are upstairs and the two full bath rooms are upstairs as well. There is a half bath downstairs. We will be accepting applications through July.
