Newer Slant Fin boiler keeps the house cozy in the winter without breaking the budget. Neighbor is installing a new driveway wall that will be beautiful once complete this spring. There is a partial basement with washer/dryer and lots of storage. If you're over 5'10 you'll hit your head so you learn quick where to duck. Comcast already installed ready for you to hook up. Simplisafe security will be left behind ready for you to activate should you desire that. We never had any theft or break in or issues with crime in 10 years. Pro's: 3 bed 1 bath Perfect for families Low cost utilities Option for bath upstairs or upstairs loft Large yard Off-street parking Parks within 2 blocks Bus stop a block away Two large garden beds in full sun--huge harvests if your into that 3 season porch could be easily insulated and made year-round Con's: Find a friend with a bobcat to tidy up the driveway. The winter thaw wrecks havoc on the driveway in the spring. An afternoon with a shovel works too. Normally I would do this by now but it is still raining and cold. No central air: but 2 window units kept it at 65 all summer Paint touchups--we're not painting so you can make it your own. We painted it when we moved in. No garage--but we have confirmed with St. Paul that the lot will allow a 2.5 car stall garage without size constraints. Previous listings pictures from 2020 are included. We decided not to sell once the lockdowns started happening in March 2020.
