It does have a portable toilet inside, BUT NO PLUMBING OR RUNNING WATER/SINK; this is why the price of rent is AT LEAST $500/mo LOWER than other studio's (plus use of the main house)--a GREAT trade off for the right renter!*The full kitchen inside the main house has 2 sinks. *The cottage/guesthouse only has a 1/2 bath which consists of the compostible toilet; the only full bathroom is in the main house *I live in the main house, and currently have a roommate inside the house, and my 15 year old son who occasionally visits me. *Cottage/Guesthouse has a separate walkway/gate entrance, & *has 2 separate door entrances, and *is only 5 meters away from the back kitchen door to the main house. *Washer-dryer are inside the main house. *Most of the cottage/guesthouse is NEWLY PAINTED, and carpeted. *The Backyard has a nice barbeque grille, and I also have a firepit (sometimes in backyard or frontward) for a bonfire if desired, or to cook some meat w/ the retractible grill that is mounted on it.
