Apartment has all appliances, including a washer and dryer. Minimum 3 month lease. Plenty of off street parking. Security deposit is one month rent, fully refundable. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in the apartment. I have plenty of space in the backyard if you have a trailer or something, no problem. Have a well behaved pet? $50 per month for dogs and cats. The upstairs has a large fenced in backyard. The house is split up into two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each floor is 1600 square feet and each floor has its own entrance, laundry, living room, and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, the downstairs just has a lot more storage. The bedrooms in the upstairs apartment are 10 x 10 feet, 11.5 x 10 feet and 15 x 13.5 feet. Tenant is required to pay the electric bill. Landlord will cover all other utilities including wireless internet. I've never raised rent on any tenant, and will guarantee your rate for at least two years. Lastly, I'll offer you a big discount if you have the money to prepay your rent, 1% off per month you prepay for. For example, if you prepaid for 6 months for a $2700 apartment, I'd give you 6% off that total amount, knocking your $2700 rent down to $2538 per month. Maximum 15 months prepaid for 15% off but you are welcome to do this at any time you pay rent, it's not just a "move in special". I live in the other apartment.
