Rental Requirements:
GET (General Excise Tax) will be added to the monthly rent.

Alii Lani is a non-smoking complex with designated smoking spaces.
The unit will be professionally cleaned upon move-in and needs to be in the same condition upon move-out with our cleaners, as well as carpet and upholstery.
Any fines and/or infractions for violations against House Rules are at the tenant's expense.
No pets are allowed (possible exceptions)
No smoking, including medical marijuana or illegal drugs, is allowed in/on the property or lanais and grounds immediate eviction.
The security deposit is one month's rent.

Tenant Requirements:

Couple applicants must make a combined income of at least two times the rental rate; roommates must each qualify independently for the unit.
