As long as the agreement works for both of us and all terms of the contract are met, you are welcome to stay until you give me a 30 day notice. This allows you to move if your circumstances change and allows me to take action if terms of the contract are broken. Fiber internet is included in the rent. Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage with Lindon City. Tenant is responsible for power and gas. The contract is month to month. Stay as long as the agreement works for both of us.
