Parking is permitted for up to three vehicles in the driveway and garage only. A maximum of two house-trained dogs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. Parking on the street, over the sidewalk, or for trailers, RVs, box trucks, and watercraft is not permitted and may result in towing and fees. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10:00 PM sharp. Events and parties are not allowed, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, and impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense. Trash must be taken to the curb on designated days, and failure to do so may result in additional charges. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will incur additional cleaning fees.
