Association dues are $550/yr which includes your water, sewer, and trash which are paid through April 2023. Park has clubhouse for members to use, small spring fed lake stocked with fish, sandy beach for relaxing and swimming, and allows paddle boats. There’s also a playground and basketball for other activities. Park is open from April to October.
