There is a full basement which is partially finished for flexible usage. Conveniently access the two-car garage through the mudroom. There is room for two mid-size cars. Outside in the back is a large deck, and a lawn which backs to woods. In the front is a covered entryway, a winding, landscaped walkway, and room for two more cars in the driveway. The street is a quiet culdesac. Soaring ceilings and walls of glass invite you to look out to the backyard, which backs to forest and wildlife! In the winter you can catch a glimpse of the lake through the trees, but you can ALWAYS see it by taking a short stroll to the dock! This dock is in a prime, "front row" location, from which you get a lovely view of the channel and the north end of Canandaigua Lake. When you want to socialize, take advantage of the neighborhood's organized events at the clubhouse, or just take a bike ride around this lovely community and surrounding streets.
