A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
