    I have a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse rental. It is located off of 240 and May and is close to everything! Really close to OCCC and Amazon. Newly remodeled w/ updated flooring, fresh paint, and updated light fixtures and ceiling fans. It is $825 per month with a $825 security deposit. It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath and laundry room is located downstairs. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is small and could be a nursery/toddler room or an office. There is no carpet in this house for you allergy sufferers, its all brand new tile and luxury vinyl plank. There are 2 parking spots (large trucks are discouraged due to length of parking spaces) and you are responsible for Water (which includes sewer and trash) and Electric. The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked, but you do need to prove that you afford the rent and have good job history. There are credit issues that show up on your background check so that also gives me an idea of what's going on. Please text, or email if you have questions. There is not much yard so you must be willing to pick up after your dog and keep it on a leash at all times. Dogs are really discouraged b/c of the lack of yard. But I do make exceptions. Renter is responsible for water and electricity. No smoking indoors at all. No large/long vehicles due to length of parking space. No backyard, there is a common grassy area that you can have your pets relieve themselves but you must have them on a leash b/c its by a busy street and you have to pick up after them. 1 year lease is required.
