There are five bedrooms available on the 2nd floor of the house and the primary bedroom (en suite) is currently occupied by a couple. The landlord stays in one of the bedrooms, but she is out of town often as she is retired. There are two spacious living rooms, dining room and kitchen area to share on the first floor. One assigned garage or outside parking space available. One month minimum rent required. Monthly rent is $1,000 including all utilities. Credit and background checks are required.
