    NOTE- current renters would love to extend through end of June if there is a tenant who would rather assume lease then. Otherwise house is available June 1 (may need a couple of days to clean and freshen up paint etc...). Predominantly one story home on a great street super close to the JCC. Perfect for a large family. There is a large master bedroom with 3 smaller bedrooms right down the hall. The house has a large front dining room, extra flex room near the kitchen, a smaller kitchen bfast area and bar. There is a large utility room with extra sink and front-load Whirlpool washer and dryer set w/ extra large capacity (included in rental if desired but no repair costs will be covered). Just next to the utility is the large walk-in pantry. There is another bedroom/flex/office space with large closet near the garage entrance with built-in bookcases. The main living has a vaulted ceiling and large gas fireplace with firelog set. This gas fireplace is the bomb producing a huge show of flickering flames and tons of heat. It was used daily every winter for the past 15 years and is perfect for warming feet while reading a good book. Upstairs (on the opposite side of house from the master) is a second living/game room/office area with built-in cabinets, a very large bedroom, a walk-in closet, and full bath. There is also walk-in finished attic space. These could easily serve as a mother-in-law suite or private guest area. The backyard is a fantastic safe space for little people who need their own private park. The 8 foot fence provides great privacy and the two towering oak trees shade it throughout the day. Since the sun sets towards the front of the house the backyard is a great reprieve from the rays of the sun during the afternoon and evening. It has artificial turf to minimize the dirt/mud year round and there is a large dog run to keep pet poop/urine separate from the play space. At night flip a button and light the entire thing for a dinner party on the large cement patio. The rainbow playset has 3 swings (with extra types of swings for babies) and a great climbing wall, tire swing, and slide again, all in the shade of the giant oaks. There is also a large outdoor storage closet, greenhouse area to protect plants in the winter, and covered porch best used for more storage. The garage is oversized and able to house a 2500 Chevy and Suburban plus the extra fridge and freezer and tons of extra storage space/shelves on the side. There is a peg board to hang all your tools. To the right of the garage is a large fenced area of the drive that is large enough to park a boat on a trailer or an extra car. The house is perfect for a family (especially with little kids), and in a fantastic neighborhood on a great street. Become members at the JCC (along with it's brand new waterpark) only 1 block away and join the Piranhas swim team; play i9 flag football at Murchison middle school just down the hill; ride your bikes to Sister's Snow Shack during the summer; walk or ride your bikes with your kids to Doss and Murchison every morning; sit in the front drive with a cocktail with the other Stonecliff parents and watch the neighborhood kids playing in the evening. When winter comes light the natural gas fireplace (which seriously looks real) and pull your chairs up to warm, read, enjoy every night minus the clean-up and smell of soot. The local HEB is awesome and there are a number of fun neighborhood restaurants all within biking distance (Torchy's Tacos, Galaxy Cafe, Austin Terrier, Austin Pizza, The Grove etc ). Other notables: 8 foot privacy fence encompassing entire backyard Few year old dishwasher and stove Large shaded dog run Extra garage fridge and separate full-size freezer Backyard outdoor patio furniture included if desired Real wood floors throughout the entire house Large master shower w/ dual heads and body sprays Massive jetted soaking tub in master Walk-in master closet TONS of storage throughout house 6 burner Viking gas stovetop with large vent for the avid cook Internet ready- Google fiber ready, CAT6 wiring throughout the house w/ ATT Fiber installed Robust ADT alarm system installed and updated recently (subscription not included) Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. While pets are allowed an extra $50/mo rent is required in addition to additional $1500 pet deposit. Pets are required to use the dog run for bathroom purposes (and not the artificial turf). If desired, there is an extra garage fridge, an extra garage freezer, and a front load whirlpool washer and dryer set (in addition to kitchen fridge). Note- landlord is NOT responsible for upkeep of these "extra" appliances. If requested they can be removed or are available for use at renter's discretion/risk. Backyard patio furniture may remain or can be removed if desired. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted.
