home is open between dining room and kitchen/ with breakfast bar. Replaced all appliances & carpet in master bedroom, & rec. rm. in 2003, all light fixtures replaced (including bathrooms), installed vertical blinds in all rooms, replaced entrance door in rec. rm. (door has blinds between panes), & storm doors (front & back). New ceiling fans in kit.& mbr. 2 assigned parking spaces in front of home. I also installed white shutters on the front of home (brick front) - which really added character to my home! Also, small front yard, and the back yard has wood fence, and tool shed.
