    Just south of Eveleth, MN! You must see in person! 17.08 acres of land with two buildings and easy access with good road and driveway. Cedar and pine forested land with mild slope, builds and flat yard. Well-used deer trails (and I saw grouse) right behind the shop. Shop (24 x 31) in good condition with foundation, wood stove, ceiling and enclosed attic with access door, lots of good work benches and storage. Also, a small room in the back with a window was used as a kitchen area. Old store (26 x 32) needs repairs, so selling as you see it. Old signposts hidden in some trees between the buildings and the highway. Could be a great hunting cabin or look into the possibilities of a home or a store again. Old septic and well, not used for years, seller never lived there so knows very little about the mechanics of the place. Well access in lean-to on the store. The seller says there is good water in the area...Possible Artesian Well. 15-minute drive to Eveleth, just south of Timber Edge Bar and Grill on 16, Half Moon Lake and just north of Pork's Building Center.
