Previous tenants have used hot plates or similar appliances for cooking. Laundry will be done in our upstairs unit, entrance is through the garage. Rules: -No smoking -Absolutely no drugs. -No pets -No use of the fireplace (Unless you consult first. We will require a chimney inspection) -Please keep to your space on the lower floor with the exception of when doing laundry and do not open any doors to our upstairs unit. We a dog that loves to escape the house and run when given the opportunity. A $1,300 security deposit will be collected and returned when you move out. Lease length minimum is 6 months. Preferably we sign a 1 yr. lease. Owner pays all utilities. Looking for 1 yr. lease preferred. 6 mo. minimum.
