I have a room in my home for rent. This room is furnished and includes a brand new Queen size hybrid memory foam mattress, plenty of crisp bedding and your own Alexa (Ziggy). Brand new paint and scrapped hardwood floors. This room is adjacent to a tub shower combo bath not shared so your privacy is guaranteed. Very very clean.
The rest of the home we share, kitchen, laundry, family room movies etc on new 85' screen. Spacious refrigerator freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Appliances, dishes, plates, cookware etc. is available for your use
Outdoors sanctuary includes covered patio, furnished, refreshing Freeform swimming pool, and miles of walking trails immediately behind the house which is conveniently 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport (PHX)
No smoking, drugs, pets. I am open to traveling Nurses and Surgical Techs requiring short term rentals for their contract period. All other possible roommate would require a 6 month to one years commitment (lease) House cleaning is shared as the whole property is shared
