First month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one-month's rent is due at lease signing. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and gas/heat. Tenant is responsible for electric utilities. Rent is collected online via the Rentler website. Tenant is required to set up an account at lease signing. Rentler allows tenant(s) to pay via bank account or credit/ debit card, while also keeping tenant's financial information safe and secure. (Landlord will assist in setting up this account online, if needed.) Proof of renter's insurance is required. Credit report and background check required at applicant's expense ($35/adult). Reports will be run upon application acceptance and applicants decision to move ahead with application. About our units: We are a non-smoking unit, and strictly enforce the no-smoking policy. Any smoking in the apartments, or anywhere in the apartment building or on the apartment property, will result in immediate eviction. The building has a common area/laundry facility in the basement with coin operated laundry machines for tenant use. Minimum Qualifications for Lease Consideration: Monthly rent must be no more than 30% of the tenant(s) combined total monthly income.
