Has backyard that has drought tolerant landscaping that is fenced in. Has a little bit of an ocean view from the living room. - House is on the smaller side.. kitchen is large, living room / dining are combined and good size. Bedrooms are not tiny but on the smaller side. Very large walk in closet serves / connects both bedrooms. - Has gas wall heater but no AC, windows however fit window units if you have one. - Kitchen has all appliances incl washer and dryer - You must have good credit, good rental history and steady employment. - Location / commute. This is in San Pedro. If you have a job on the west side or in the valley and have to drive there every day during normal business hours, please know that the drive is very long and taxing (I did it myself for 3 year). - Neighbors / Neighborhood / Noise. Most of the neighbors are owners and respectful and quiet. San Pedro is a busy place so you might get some street noise at times (for example a loud fire truck). - House is free standing, but is part of a "two on a lot". It's the back house on a double lot. There is a walkway up from the street. Since the house is set back from the street and has lots of bushes / trees, there is a fair amount of privacy. - No garage. While you see a garage in the pictures, it is not available. There is no parking on the property, it's street only. With that being said, we lived in the house ourselves for many years and street parking was never a problem to find, nor did we ever have any issues with our cars being broken in, vandalized, etc. Further, there is a walk in basement under the house that can be used to store things like bikes or decorations or could be used as a little workshop or similar. - Rent includes water, trash and garden service for backyard. - Will consider well behaved pets for extra deposit.
