It's also less than a mile from the popular U st area and sits less than a block from two major bus lines that will take you right downtown. Finally, it's only a couple minute walk from Howard University.
The street is also a quiet, one way street, with very easy on street parking.

If you do end up living here, I will expect you to take care of the place like it's your own, including being a good neighbor, doing the yard work etc. I promise I'm a good landlord and take care of things (I live close by), but I also expect mature tenants who care for my house.
