Renter is responsible for utilities and electric. Monthly rental price reflects a one-year lease agreement. Rent will be due the 1st of the month with a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Renters should give the owner at least 2 months advance notice if they choose to terminate the lease. The renter will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the property. Security deposit is fully refundable pending inspection for property damages after renter has terminated the lease. Pets are allowed but renter is responsible for a one time non-refundable pet deposit of $500. Both deposits are due prior to occupancy of the property. Owners will need periodic access to property for routine maintenance; advance notice will be given prior to visits. No illegal activities are allowed on the property. The owner reserves the right to terminate the lease if the renters are involved in illegal activities or activity deemed by the owner to be disorderly and/or destructive.
