The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay. A pet fee is applied for bringing one house-trained dog, and is subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late departures may result in a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
