Beautiful home with great views of Benicia State Park and Mount Diablo. The home has a platform and electrical for a hot tub but the tenants would need to purchase one and maintain it if they choose to have one. There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer in the garage. Either electric or gas will work. I am looking for people with stable incomes and good credit scores (600 or higher). The lease depends on the tenant situation but I do not have plans to move in for a few years. Tenant pays utilities except for the garbage.
