Large communal living/dining area, large kitchen and two full bathrooms, with both a front porch and back patio. Free street parking and separate garage to store bikes and outdoor gear. Rent includes all yard maintenance and winter shoveling. Renters split the cost of utilities (Electric/Heat and Internet monthly, Water and Trash quarterly). Less than 10 minutes walking distance to the Mississippi Market Co-op, Bus line 54, Victoria Park and Shepard Road, and several local coffee shops and restaurants. Less than 15 minutes driving distance to downtown Saint Paul, Lilydale Park, Aldi, and Trader Joe's! The neighborhood is tight-knit and very welcoming - we just enjoyed national night out with a huge backyard party last August! The townhouse is on a quiet (low traffic) street, with neighbors from a wide variety of backgrounds, ranging from work-from-home millennials to retired teachers. We are quiet and love to spend our downtime out on the patio or porch when it is nice out (the covered porch is perfect for watching thunderstorms!).
