The open-concept design with plenty of natural light includes cozy recliner sofas and a large smart TV, perfect for gatherings and game nights. The kitchen features everything you'll need on your trip, including a massive center island, Thermador appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and more. The dining area offers family-style dining on the massive island for 6. This property has multiple houses and an event venue. We can host larger parties and events with housing accommodations up to approximately 16 and events up to 300 guests. There is an additional event fee and the venue will need to be booked separately. Enjoy central air and heat for year-round comfort. The smart TV offers access to Netflix, Roku, and other streaming platforms, though there is no cable service. The kitchen includes a portable two-burner hot plate stored in a cabinet, as there is no built-in stovetop. Our property is located in the peaceful and scenic Williamson Valley area of Prescott, known for its wide-open spaces, beautiful mountain views, and quiet rural charm. We are directly across from the iconic Granite Mountain, offering stunning views and easy access to outdoor adventure. The Granite Mountain Trailhead is less than a 1/4 mile away, perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, or leisurely walks through nature. The neighborhood is made up of large ranches, farms, and custom homes, giving it a laid-back, country feel while still being conveniently close to town. Historic downtown Prescott, with its restaurants, shops, and famous Courthouse Square, is just a 15-minute drive away. We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form and House Terms and Lease within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. If forms are not complete within the 24-hour period, the booking reservation may be canceled. The primary booking guest must be 23 years of age and must be physically staying at the property. The primary guest is responsible for all guests. We have a large, vocal but friendly dog on the property. There are also 2 other rentals on this 10-acre property if you need more accommodations.
