My name is Vincent and I am looking for a replacement for me to sublease my current room as I will be studying abroad this next semester. The sublease is for the months of January until the lease expires in June, with the possibility of joining and continuing the lease. The rent is 950$ per month, including your own room, paid utilities, with a large living room, roofed backyard patio, washer, and dryer. There are currently four other males living on the property; three in four bedroom main house, and one in studio apartment attached to the garage. We are all full-time, serious, and respectful students at Loyola Marymount University and this is not a party-house. The house is on 77th near Sepulvada, only a mile away from the LMU campus in Westchester. It is necessary that you are a current student, but not necessarily attending LMU.
