This is a two bedroom upper with a store room/entry. Parking is on street, laundry is on site for a monthly fee but there is a laundry facility across the street on Leonard. Vitales is also across the street for some of the best pizza in town. Bus stops are also close by. Location is great, neighborhood is very a great mix of people who have lived here since the 70s and younger couples moving in. We are on Leonard but the upper unit has newer windows. Owner lives downstairs. Please be employed, have some renting experience under your belt, and be ready to present references from previous landlords and a background check. Owner pays water, snow removal, lawncare. Renter pays gas, trash, and electricity. There will be a limit on the number of people in the apartment at any time unless owner is given notice, and there will be a limit on the number of people who can reside in the apartment.
