Security & Noise Monitoring For community safety: * One exterior security camera is located above the front door. * A noise decibel monitor is installed in the kitchen. It measures sound levels only not conversations. Both remain on during your stay. Parking Information Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Additional cars must park at the bottom of the private drive to avoid blocking fire lanes. Rental Agreement & ID Verification A signed rental agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not met. Guest Screening We conduct additional guest screening through SafelyStay, Inc. Booking authorizes identity verification and criminal database checks. Please look for an email from SafelyStay within 3 days of booking (check spam if needed).
