    Deal, Deal, Deal! Good cabin with a nice lake view and great mountain views for an incredible price! The house is larger then the sq-footage as a prior owner finished the basement into a nice sized game room with 3/4 bath plus a work shop area... or this could be a master suite. Anyways, we have great views on a nice street and only about a mile to the lake for a little stoll, fishing, boathing or just good old R&R! The home is being sold "as is", but appears to need some paint, carpet, cleaning and a little fixing here and there... Last i checked this property is priced about 35% lower then any other lake view cabin.buyer to verify and satisfy themselves regarding condition, size, sq-footage, etc.
