There is a neighborhood pool, a playground, a soccer field, and volleyball area. The house is actually 4 bedroom and 3 baths. My husband and I need to sublease part of the space, so 2 bedrooms and 1 bath would be completely the renters'. Renters just have to be willing to share the kitchen/living room/laundry areas along with us. The third bathroom could be a general downstairs guest bathroom.
