Stepping out of the room, to the immediate right is a full bathroom (new tile, granite counter tops), shared with only one person, and to your immediate left are stackable stainless steel washer and dryer. The floor below has a modern kitchen and dining area. This is a quiet condo community with private entrance, parking lot, no through traffic, security cameras, regular landscaping and private trash pick up.
