The second bedroom is perfect for family or friends, also offering a queen-sized bed, spacious closet and easy access to the second bathroom, which features modern amenities and a walk-in shower. The living room serves as a relaxing gathering spot after a day of exploring the local area. The pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations with a queen size foam mattress, ensuring the house comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with large windows allowing natural light to flood in. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Monroe County requires at least 28 days for a rental of this property. 12.5% sales tax will be added to the rent. Renter will be required to execute a short term lease. Payment is required as follows: A. A reservation fee at time of booking to hold the property in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) B. The amount due to bring all combined charges (rent, tax, maid, security deposit) to 50% will be due 90 days prior to arrival. C. The remainder of the rental fees and security deposit will be due 20 days before arrival.
