I have a newly built townhouse in Spotsylvania and looking to rent 3 rooms (one master with attached bath and two secondary rooms with shared bath) while keep one room for myself with a separate bath. With that, we all will have a shared living space, deck and the fenced backyard. There is a two car garage and also enough parking on driveway to part upto 4 more cars so parking won't be a problem. I'm looking for friendly roommates who will keep the house nice and clean along with maintaining positive energy in the house. I'm a very chill person and open to making things work to the best of everyone's interest but again it should be in favor of everyone. Lots of restaurants nearby, along with grocery stores and much more. Will split all the utilities, no pets allowed, keep a clean and positive environment, live like friends/family, no smoking inside the house. first month rent and security due at signing and looking for one year lease term. Open for reasonable negotiations and adjustments.
