I'm renting out my beloved home while I go back to school for a career transition to interior design. I would love to share this space with values-aligned individuals looking for a creative and restorative place to land (6-12 month lease preferred).
This 2400 sq ft house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 1 room currently set up as a home office. There's an EV charger in the garage, and the backyard has raised garden beds and plenty of space for outdoor living.
The neighborhood has a community pool and children's playground.
DETAILS
Unwind and relax in a beautifully curated and spacious 2400 sq ft house that has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with the current layout:
1. Master Bedroom (ensuite bathroom)
2. Romita Room (Guest Bedroom #1)
3. Tatami Room (Guest Bedroom #2, flex space that can be easily converted into a 2nd home office, nursery, etc. I also have an extra bed frame in storage for those who prefer an elevated bed.)
4. Home Office (can also be converted into a bedroom based on preference)
The home is fully furnished with abundant natural light, thoughtful touches, a chef's kitchen, two living rooms (downstairs and upstairs), and a large backyard with organic produce and flowers (on drip irrigation) with tons of potential for outdoor living.
All bills are paid and include:

*Utilities + gas are covered up to $300/month. Anything over that is the responsibility of the tenants.

PETS
This home is pet-friendly and open to cats (max 3) and dogs (max 2, up to 60 lbs max each). For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
ALIGNMENT
My intention is to offer a space that is safe, restorative, and creatively inspiring for those navigating change and transition. The location is quiet, serene, and close to nature (including the Walnut Creek/Loyola Hike and Bike Trail) while only being 15 minutes away from the Eastside and Mueller area.
I've been a landlord since 2017 and value having a positive relationship with my tenants. This space would be a great fit for those who share the following values that I do given the nature of the space (fully furnished interior) and regenerative outdoor spaces that support local pollinators and give back to the community (small front yard community garden managed by friends and neighbors).

SHORTER STAYS (3-5 Months)
-If you're looking to do a shorter stay of 3-5 months, please feel free to reach out and inquire. The rate will be higher to reflect mid-term stays and be comparable to comps of other houses in my neighborhood.
