The River View Ranch operates on 200,000± acres of land in two different counties in northern Utah. Nearly 150,000 acres of the ranch are near Grouse Creek in Northwestern Utah located along the Utah/Nevada border. The winter range encompasses around 50,000 acres near Vernon, Utah. We are selling River View Ranch as a turn-key operation complete with homes, furnishings, ranch equipment and machinery, cattle, grazing permits, water rights, trophy elk hunting rights, and mineral rights.
