Also conveniently within walking distance to Tysons Corner Mall, WFC Metro Station and Trader Joe's, Starbucks. I will be providing furniture for room and the common area, including TV, Sofa and Dinning table. - Large Open kitchen with granite countertop. - Front Porch, backyard and sun deck (with grill and outdoor furniture) are also available. - Laundry - washer and dryer in unit. - Central A/C + heating, and 1GB speed Internet from Verizon Fios. The rent will NOT cover utilities (water, electric, internet) and utilities will be around $100 per month based on utility statements. Rent will be $1200 + 2 months as security deposit at signing.
