We require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there. 1st month rent, security deposit & a $225.00 document fee are due at the time of move in, deposit is equal to the rent*. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions. 4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt.
