The complex offers lots of amenities such as two pools, two tennis courts, basketball court, paddle tennis, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a clubhouse with ping pong, pool tables and a library. It is close to LMU, LAX and Silicon Beach as well as many great LAUSD Charter Schools like OPEN, WISH, OCEAN and GOETHE.
